This information is suitable for use in wind regions A, B, and C (D upon request) AS/NZ 1170.2-2002 Loading Code. In wind regions B, C & D we provide site-specific installation advice. We have previously supplied compressed fibre cement skinned and composite fibre cement panels up to 32 kgs m2 for customers.

The barrier walls have superb sound reduction qualities. Typically you will experience a 20-decibel reduction from standard road noise. (National Acoustic Laboratory test available upon request).
Our barrier walls have a panel thickness of 75mm and are available with either external or flush top wall capping. Posts measure 150mm (face) x 250mm (deep). Each standard wall section has an effective length of 2500mm, 2800mm or 3100mm when measured between post centres.
Available in heights of 3.0 metres to 4.5 metres.
Note – for walls up to 3.0-metres in height we can utilise other post styles from our domestic range if preferred.
Designed and manufactured from a high-tensile, galvanised material, the support columns are Dyna primed and coated on both sides with a specific top coat to enhance performance and accept all modern acrylic coatings.

These support columns are project specific in regard to their specifications in both grade and size. Typically a 250 UB galvanised to AS4600 will be utilised in most applications.
Our walls are quick and easy to assemble. Two people can easily lift and manoeuvre the panels, and can usually put up 20 to 25 metres of 1.8-metre high Classic wall each day. This is the case even in hard-to-access sites.
There is no need for heavy construction, digging equipment, or cranes. Step-by-step DIY instructions are provided that any good DIY handyman should be able to follow.
